Twenty years ago, before this choir existed (choir existed)
The Otley Methodists sang G&S (G&S)
They rehearsed from May, the Show was in November (in November)
Then till next May they had a little rest (little rest).
But for some keen folk this wasn’t enough singing (enough singing)
Of vocal exercise they’d never tire (never tire)
Brian Smith thought we should keep the rafters ringing (rafters ringing)
And said “hang on, let’s form a Mixed Voice Choir!”

There's a new chap taking over called Chris Denton (C J Denton)

But we'll certainly miss Margaret when she's gorn....(when she’s gorn)
